How do I connect my Facebook or Instagram page?

Go to Settings → Channel Configuration and connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account. See Channel Configuration for detailed instructions.

How often should I sync my posts?

There is no automatic sync — you need to click the Sync Now button manually to fetch the latest posts. We recommend syncing at least once a day if you post frequently.

Can I create or publish posts from EzPulze?

Currently, Social Posts is focused on viewing and managing your existing posts and comments. Post creation and scheduling should be done directly on Facebook or Instagram.

Why don't I see all my posts after syncing?

The sync fetches recent posts from your connected pages. Very old posts may not be included. If a specific post is missing, try syncing again or check that the page is properly connected.

Can I reply to comments on both Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. You can reply to comments on both Facebook and Instagram posts directly from EzPulze. Replies are posted using your connected business account. The Reply button only appears on user comments, not on your own page replies.

Are Instagram Reels supported?

Yes. Instagram Reels appear in the post grid with a REEL media type badge. You can view their engagement metrics, see comments, and reply to comments just like regular posts.

What is the agent assignment feature?

Admins can assign agents to specific Facebook pages and Instagram accounts. Assigned agents are responsible for monitoring and replying to comments on those pages. Click the settings icon (gear) at the top of the Facebook or Instagram posts page to configure assignments.

Do I need special permissions to use Social Posts?

Access to Social Posts depends on your role and permissions. Contact your administrator if you don't see the Social Posts option in the sidebar.

How does the Response Rate work?

The Response Rate shown on the post detail page measures what percentage of user comments have received a reply from your page. It's color-coded:

  • Green — 80% or higher (excellent)
  • Yellow — 50–79% (needs attention)
  • Red — Below 50% (requires immediate attention)

Are comments updated in real time?

Yes. New comments are pushed to EzPulze via WebSocket in real time. You'll see new comments appear automatically on the post detail page without needing to refresh or sync. You can also click Sync Comments to manually fetch any missed comments.
