Channel Configuration

What is Channel Configuration?

Channel Configuration is where you connect and manage your messaging channels — WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM. Each channel needs to be set up before you can send and receive messages through it.

How to get there

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings
  3. Click Channel Configuration

Channel overview

The Channel Configuration page shows all your connected channels with their current status:

Connection statusConnected (green) or Disconnected (red)
Account/Page nameThe name of the connected account or page
Quality ratingFor WhatsApp — your current quality rating (Green, Yellow, Red)

Getting started

  1. Start with WhatsApp if you haven't connected your WhatsApp Business Account yet
  2. Add Facebook Messenger to enable Messenger conversations
  3. Add Instagram DM to handle Instagram direct messages
