Facebook Posts
The Facebook Posts page shows all posts from your connected Facebook pages in a responsive card grid.
Summary cards
At the top of the page, four summary cards give you a quick overview:

| Total Posts | Number of posts synced from your Facebook pages |
| Total Reactions | Total likes and reactions across all posts |
| Total Comments | Total comments across all posts |
| Total Shares | Total shares across all posts |
A "Last synced" timestamp shows when your posts were last synced from Facebook.
2. Ensure there are several posts with different types (Post, Ad, Reel)

Posts are displayed in a responsive grid (1–4 columns depending on screen size). Each post card shows:

| Shares | Number of shares |
Click View Details on any card to open the Post Detail page.

Filters

Syncing posts
To bring your latest posts into EzPulze:
- Click the Sync Now button at the top of the page
- EzPulze fetches the latest posts from your connected Facebook pages
- New posts appear in the grid, and existing posts are updated with the latest engagement metrics
Sync regularly to keep your post data up to date. EzPulze does not automatically sync posts in real time.
2. Capture the filter bar with all filter and sort options visible

Admins can assign agents to specific Facebook pages so they are responsible for monitoring and replying to comments on those pages.
- Click the settings icon (gear) at the top of the page
- A side drawer opens with a page selector and agent multi-select dropdown
- Select the page and assign one or more agents
- Click Save
Post detail
Click View Details on any post card to open the full post detail page. This page shows:
- Full post media (image or video with play overlay)
- Complete post message text
- Post type badge and published date
- Permalink — "View on Facebook" link to open the post on Facebook

Two rows of stat cards:

| Response Rate | Percentage of user comments that received a page reply. Color-coded: green (80%+), yellow (50%+), red (below 50%) |

| Awaiting Reply | User comments that haven't been replied to |
| Total Threads | Number of comment threads |
2. Make sure the Response Rate card shows a color-coded percentage
