Reports & Analytics gives you data-driven insights into your messaging, leads, team performance, and customer engagement. Instead of guessing what's working, you can see exactly how your messages are performing, where leads are in the pipeline, and how your team is doing.

EzPulze organizes reports into four groups:

What each report tells you​

Common features across all reports​
Date range filter​
Every report includes a date range picker at the top. You can:
- Select a custom date range using the calendar
- Use preset ranges: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month
Export to Excel​
Most reports include an Export button that downloads the data as an Excel file. This is useful for:
- Sharing reports with stakeholders who don't have EzPulze access
- Creating custom charts or pivot tables
- Archiving historical data
Pagination and sorting​
Report tables support:
- Server-side pagination — Large datasets load page by page for fast performance
- Column sorting — Click a column header to sort ascending or descending
- Page size options — Choose how many rows to display per page
Stats cards​
Most reports show summary cards at the top of the page with key metrics. These give you a quick overview before diving into the detailed table below.

- Check reports weekly — Set a routine to review your key reports at least once a week
- Compare date ranges — Use different date ranges to spot trends over time
- Export and share — Download Excel reports to share insights with your team
