Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a real-time overview of your messaging activity, social media performance, and lead pipeline across all channels β€” all in one place.

Dashboard Tabs​

The dashboard is organized into five tabs:

Filters​

Click the filter icon (funnel) in the header to expand the filter panel. Filters apply across all tabs.

Date RangeSelect a start and end date. Defaults to the last 30 days
AgentsFilter by one or more agents (not visible if you are an agent β€” you only see your own data)
BroadcastFilter by a specific broadcast campaign

Click Apply to refresh the dashboard with your filters, or Reset to clear all filters.

Overview Tab​

The Overview tab gives you a cross-channel snapshot of all your messaging and social activity.

Channel KPI Cards​

Three cards at the top, one per channel:

The WhatsApp tab shows detailed analytics for your WhatsApp messaging activity.

Message Summary Cards​

Six cards at the top show your key WhatsApp messaging metrics:

Important Chat Notifications​

Eight notification cards highlight items that need your attention:

FEP (Free Entry Point) windows are 72-hour periods where you can message a contact for free after they initiate contact through an ad or other entry point. Keep an eye on the FEP cards to take advantage of free messaging opportunities.

Facebook Tab​

The Facebook tab has a Messages / Posts toggle to switch between messaging analytics and post analytics. If you have multiple Facebook Pages connected, a page selector dropdown appears to filter by page.

Shows the same messaging analytics structure as WhatsApp:

Best Time to Post​

A heatmap chart showing when your posts get the most engagement:

  • Rows: Days of the week (Monday–Sunday)
  • Columns: Hours of the day (0–23)
  • Color intensity: Average engagement at that time slot

This helps you identify the best days and times to schedule future posts for maximum reach.

Comment Response Stats (3 Cards)​

Instagram Tab​

Instagram Posts View​

Same post analytics as Facebook Posts:

The Instagram tab shows analytics for your connected Instagram Business or Creator accounts. Make sure your Instagram account is connected through Channel Configuration.


Leads Tab​

The Leads tab shows your lead pipeline and team performance. It includes additional filters:

Status Breakdown​

A grid of color-coded cards showing how many leads are in each status (e.g., Open, Pending, Resolved, Converted, Rejected, Lost, Yet to Start, Ongoing). Each card shows:

  • The status name
  • The lead count in large font
  • A color matching the status used throughout EzPulze

Cards are sorted by count β€” the statuses with the most leads appear first.


Tips​

  • Check the dashboard daily β€” The WhatsApp notification cards highlight items that need immediate attention, like chats nearing expiry and unassigned leads
  • Use the Overview tab for a quick health check β€” The channel KPI cards and post summary let you see all channels at a glance
  • Use filters to focus β€” Filter by date range, agent, or broadcast to drill down into specific performance periods
  • Monitor delivery rates β€” If a template's delivery rate drops below 90%, check the template content and recipient quality
  • Track response times β€” Fast first responses lead to higher conversion rates. Use the response time cards to benchmark your team
  • Compare months β€” The monthly comparison chart in the Leads tab helps you see if your lead pipeline is growing
  • Check Best Time to Post β€” Use the heatmap on Facebook and Instagram tabs to schedule posts when your audience is most active
  • Monitor comment responses β€” The Comment Response Stats cards help ensure your team is replying to social media comments
