CTWA Analytics
CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp) Analytics tracks the performance of your Click-to-WhatsApp ads — showing how many leads each ad generates, conversion rates, and which ads perform best. This report offers both a visual dashboard view and a traditional table view.

Four cards at the top summarize your CTWA ad performance:

| Total Ads | Indigo | Number of unique CTWA ads tracked |
| Total Leads | Green | Total leads generated from all ads |
| Conversion Rate | Purple | Overall conversion percentage across all ads |
| Avg. Cost/Lead | Orange | Average cost per lead (if cost data is available) |
View toggle
Switch between two views using the toggle at the top:

A highlighted banner at the top showcases your best-performing ad:
- Ad headline
- Conversion rate percentage
- Total leads generated

2. Capture 3-4 ad cards with their metrics

- Ad image preview (or placeholder if no image)
- Headline and body text
- Total Leads count
- Conversion Rate — color-coded:
- Green: 20% or higher
- Yellow: 10% to 19%
- Red: Below 10%
- Status breakdown — New, Qualified, Converted, Lost counts in a grid
Click any ad card to see the individual leads it generated.
Insights & Recommendations
A panel with three dynamic insights based on your data:
- Image performance — Recommendation based on whether image-based ads outperform others
- Conversion rate — How your average compares to the industry benchmark (15–20%)
- Budget recommendation — Suggestions for your top-performing ad

2. Capture the table with several rows of ad data

Sortable columns: Total Leads, New, Qualified, Converted, Lost, Conversion Rate.

Click any ad (in either view) to see the individual leads generated by that ad.
2. Capture the leads list for that ad
Save to:

- The ad headline at the top
- A paginated list of leads (10 per page)
- Lead details including name, phone, status, and creation date
- A Back button to return to the main CTWA Analytics page

Click Apply to update the report, or Reset to return to defaults.
Tips
- Focus on green conversion rates — Ads with 20%+ conversion rates are your best performers. Study what makes them work and replicate the formula.
- Improve red-zone ads — Ads with below 10% conversion rate need attention. Consider changing the headline, image, or targeting.
- Check the insights panel — The automated recommendations provide actionable suggestions based on your actual data.
- Use both views — The dashboard gives you visual insights at a glance, while the table view is better for sorting and detailed comparison.
- Drill into leads — Click ads to see which specific leads they generated and track those leads through your pipeline.
