warning

Disconnecting a page stops all message flow. Existing conversation history remains in EzPulze, but you won't be able to send or receive new messages on that page until you reconnect.

Ad Accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page, EzPulze also discovers the Facebook Ad Accounts linked to it. These power the Ad Campaigns and Lead Forms features.

Open the Ad Accounts section in Channel Configuration to manage them:

Tips

  • Connect all your active pages so customer messages don't go unanswered
  • Activate only pages you can manage — don't activate pages if you don't have agents to respond
  • Check connection status regularly — if a page shows as disconnected, reconnect it to resume messaging
