WhatsApp Configuration
Overview
The WhatsApp configuration page shows your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) details and phone number settings.
WABA Details
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| WABA ID | Your WhatsApp Business Account identifier |
| Business Name | Your registered business name |
| Phone Number | The phone number connected to your WhatsApp Business Account |
| Display Name | The name customers see when you message them |
| Quality Rating | Your current messaging quality — Green (high), Yellow (medium), or Red (low) |
| Messaging Limit | Your current daily messaging limit (1K, 10K, 100K, or unlimited) |
Quality Rating
WhatsApp assigns a quality rating based on how customers interact with your messages:
| Rating | Meaning | Action needed |
|---|---|---|
| Green | High quality — customers are engaging positively | None — keep up the good work |
| Yellow | Medium quality — some customers may be blocking or reporting | Review your templates and messaging frequency |
| Red | Low quality — your number is at risk of being restricted | Immediately review and improve your messaging practices |

A Red quality rating can lead to WhatsApp restricting or disabling your account. Take immediate action if your quality drops to Red.
Phone Number Settings
- Phone number — The number associated with your WABA
- Verified status — Whether the number has been verified with WhatsApp
- Two-step verification — Security PIN for your WhatsApp account
Tips
- Monitor your quality rating regularly — it affects your messaging limits
- Keep templates relevant — irrelevant or spammy templates lead to blocks and reports
- Respect opt-outs — promptly honor customer requests to stop messaging
