Lead Aging
The Lead Aging report shows how long leads have been sitting in each status — helping you identify leads that are getting stale and need attention. Leads are grouped into time buckets so you can quickly spot which ones require immediate action.

Four color-coded cards give you a quick overview of lead age distribution:
| Card | Color | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| < 5 Days | Green | Leads less than 5 days old — fresh and active |
| 5–30 Days | Blue | Leads between 5 and 30 days old — need attention |
| 30–90 Days | Orange | Leads between 30 and 90 days old — at risk of going stale |
| > 90 Days | Red | Leads older than 90 days — likely stale and need re-engagement |
Aging table
The table breaks down lead age by status, with each column representing a time bucket:

| Status | Lead status (e.g., New, Pending, Qualified) |
| < 5 Days | Leads in this status for less than 5 days |
| 5–10 Days | Leads in this status for 5 to 10 days |
| 10–15 Days | Leads in this status for 10 to 15 days |
| 15–30 Days | Leads in this status for 15 to 30 days |
| 30–60 Days | Leads in this status for 30 to 60 days |
| 60–90 Days | Leads in this status for 60 to 90 days |
| > 90 Days | Leads in this status for more than 90 days |
| Total | Total leads in this status across all time buckets |
All columns are sortable. Click any status row to see the individual leads.
Lead detail view
Click a status to see individual leads in that status with detailed timing information.

| Lead Source | How the lead was generated |
| Days Since Capture | Number of days since the lead was created |
| Last Conversation Date | When the last chat conversation occurred |
| Last Follow Up Date | When the last follow-up was made |
| Next Follow Up Date | When the next follow-up is scheduled |
| Last Modified Date | When the lead was last updated |
| Follow Up Count | Total number of follow-ups made |
Filters

Click Apply to update the report, or Reset to return to defaults.
Export
Click the Export button to download the report as an Excel file.
Tips
- Prioritize red zones — Leads in the > 90 Days column need immediate attention or should be marked as lost
- Set aging thresholds — Use this report to establish team rules like "all New leads must be contacted within 5 days"
- Filter by agent — Check which agents have the most aging leads and redistribute workload if needed
- Track improvement — Review this report weekly to ensure the number of leads in the 30+ day buckets is decreasing
- Follow up on stale leads — Leads with no recent conversation or follow-up dates are the highest priority for outreach
