Broadcast Templates
The Broadcast Templates report tracks how your broadcast campaigns perform — showing delivery metrics for each broadcast you've sent. While the Template Messages report focuses on individual templates, this report groups results by broadcast campaign so you can evaluate each campaign's effectiveness.

Tips
- Compare campaign performance — Sort by Replied to see which broadcasts generate the most customer engagement
- Track retry effectiveness — The Retry % column shows how many failed messages were successfully resent
- Identify audience issues — In the detail view, check "Failed Reasons" to see if failures are concentrated on specific contacts (e.g., invalid numbers, opted-out contacts)
- Measure campaign ROI — Combine the read and reply rates with your business outcomes to understand which campaign strategies work best
