Reply Action

Controls what happens when a contact replies to a campaign message.

OptionBehaviorWhen to use
StopThe campaign stops immediately for that contact. No more messages are sent.Sales campaigns where a reply means a human should take over
ContinueThe campaign continues sending messages regardless of replies.Educational series, course delivery, announcements
RestartThe campaign restarts from the beginning for that contact.Re-engagement campaigns where a reply shows renewed interest
Choosing the right reply action
  • Most campaigns should use Stop — when someone replies, they expect a human response
  • Use Continue only for truly one-way communication like course lessons
  • Use Restart sparingly — it can feel repetitive if the contact keeps replying

Status

Shows the current campaign status. You cannot change the status directly from here — use the actions on the Campaign List page instead.

Tab 2: Audience

The Audience tab is where you select who will receive the campaign.
