Groups
What are Groups?
Groups let you organize your contacts into categories. Instead of working with your entire contact list, you can create groups like "VIP Customers", "New Leads", or "Mumbai Office" and use them to target specific audiences when sending messages.
Think of groups as folders for your contacts — a single contact can belong to multiple groups, and you can use groups to quickly filter and select recipients for broadcasts.
