Lead Details
The lead details drawer gives you a complete view of a lead's information, lets you change their status, and assign agents — all without leaving the Leads page.
Opening Lead Details
Click the View action on any lead in the table to open the details drawer from the right side of the screen.

The drawer header is color-coded based on the lead's current status, giving you an instant visual indicator of where the lead stands.
Lead Information
The details view shows the following information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Contact Name | The lead's name |
| Email address (if available) | |
| Mobile | Phone number |
| Lead Source | The platform or channel the lead came from |
| Broadcast | The broadcast campaign that generated this lead |
| Assigned Agent | The agent currently responsible for this lead |
| Lead Status | Current status in the pipeline |
| Qualification Score | Score from 0 to 100 indicating lead quality |
| Qualification Method | How the lead was qualified — AI or Manual |
| AI Context | Additional context provided by AI qualification (if applicable) |
Changing Lead Status
To update a lead's status:
- Click the Change Status action (from the lead row's action menu or within the drawer)
- Select the new status from the Status dropdown
- Optionally update the Qualification Score (0–100)
- Save your changes

Save to:
static/img/screenshots/leads/lead-details/change-status.pngYou cannot change the status of a lead that is already Converted, Lost, or Archived. These are final states.
Assigning a Lead
To assign or reassign a lead to an agent:
- Click the Assign action
- Select an agent from the Agent dropdown
- Save your changes

From the lead details or the action menu, you can also:

| Go to Chat | Opens the Chat conversation with this contact in a new view |
| Follow Up | Creates a new Follow-up for this lead |
Use Go to Chat to quickly review your conversation history with a lead before deciding on the next step.
