Lead Details

The lead details drawer gives you a complete view of a lead's information, lets you change their status, and assign agents — all without leaving the Leads page.

Opening Lead Details

Click the View action on any lead in the table to open the details drawer from the right side of the screen.

The drawer header is color-coded based on the lead's current status, giving you an instant visual indicator of where the lead stands.

Lead Information

The details view shows the following information:

FieldDescription
Contact NameThe lead's name
EmailEmail address (if available)
MobilePhone number
Lead SourceThe platform or channel the lead came from
BroadcastThe broadcast campaign that generated this lead
Assigned AgentThe agent currently responsible for this lead
Lead StatusCurrent status in the pipeline
Qualification ScoreScore from 0 to 100 indicating lead quality
Qualification MethodHow the lead was qualified — AI or Manual
AI ContextAdditional context provided by AI qualification (if applicable)

Changing Lead Status

To update a lead's status:

  1. Click the Change Status action (from the lead row's action menu or within the drawer)
  2. Select the new status from the Status dropdown
  3. Optionally update the Qualification Score (0–100)
  4. Save your changes

Final states

You cannot change the status of a lead that is already Converted, Lost, or Archived. These are final states.


Assigning a Lead

To assign or reassign a lead to an agent:

  1. Click the Assign action
  2. Select an agent from the Agent dropdown
  3. Save your changes

Quick Actions

From the lead details or the action menu, you can also:
