Preview & Send

Before sending your broadcast, review the preview to make sure everything looks right.

Message Preview Panel

The right side of the Compose Message page shows a live preview of your message. The preview style changes based on the selected channel.

WhatsApp Preview

Shows a rendered template message with:

Element	Description
Header	Image, video, document thumbnail, or header text
Body	Your message with parameter values filled in
Footer	Footer text (if any) in gray
Buttons	Button previews at the bottom of the message

Parameter highlights help you track completion:

Highlight	Meaning
Yellow background	Parameter is not yet filled in — needs a value
Green background	Parameter has been mapped to a contact field or given a custom value

The preview shows sample values — not the actual data for a specific contact. When the message is sent, each recipient will see their own personalized values based on your contact field mappings.

Messenger Preview

Shows a chat bubble mockup with a blue bubble style. For text messages, the preview displays your message text and any attached media. For structured messages, the preview note reads: "Preview is shown in the composer."

Instagram Preview

Shows a chat bubble mockup with a purple-to-pink gradient bubble style. Content display is the same as Messenger.

Validation Checks

Before the Send Message button becomes active, the system checks that everything is ready:

Panel 1: Contact Setup

Check	What it verifies
Recipients selected	At least one valid contact, group, or phone number is chosen
CSV validated	If using CSV, at least one valid contact exists in the file
Direct numbers valid	If using direct numbers, at least one valid number is entered

Panel 2: Message Setup

WhatsApp:

Check	What it verifies
Template selected	An approved template is chosen
Parameters filled	All required parameter values are provided
Media provided	Header media is uploaded (if the template requires it)
Buttons configured	Button parameters are set (if needed)

Messenger / Instagram:

Check	What it verifies
Message content	Text message has content, OR structured message has a valid payload

Status indicators

Each panel shows its status in the header:

1. Complete both Panel 1 (select contacts) and Panel 2 (select template, fill parameters)

Panel status	Icon	Meaning
Ready	Green checkmark	All required fields are complete
Incomplete	Orange warning	Something is missing — expand the panel to see what

Sending the Message

Once both panels show green checkmarks:

1. Review the preview one final time
2. Click the Send Message button

1. Complete both panels so the Send Message button is enabled

What happens when you click Send

Click "Send Message"
        ↓

If media is missing

If the template requires media and it hasn't been uploaded or saved yet, a media upload dialog appears. Simply upload the required file and the send process continues automatically.

After sending

• A success notification appears at the bottom of the screen
• Your broadcast is now being delivered to all recipients
• Each recipient receives a personalized message with their own values filled in

Once sent, a broadcast cannot be recalled or undone. Always double-check your recipients and preview before clicking Send.

Reset

If you want to start over, click the Reset button next to the Send button. This clears:

• Your recipient selection
• Your template selection
• All parameter values
