Is there a storage limit?

Storage limits depend on your EzPulze plan. Check Billing & Plans for details on your plan's storage allocation.

Can I use files uploaded here in WhatsApp templates?

Yes. When creating or editing a WhatsApp template that requires a media header, you can select files directly from the File Manager.

What happens if I delete a file that's being used in a template?

The template will continue to work with the previously uploaded media. However, if you need to re-edit the template's media, the deleted file will no longer be available in the File Manager.

Can multiple users access the same files?

Yes. The File Manager is shared across your organization. All users with the appropriate permissions can view and use the uploaded files.

How do I find a specific file?

Use the search bar at the top of the File Manager to search by file name. You can also browse through your folder structure to find files visually.
