Catalog Settings

The Settings page is where you connect your WhatsApp catalog to EzPulze and configure catalog visibility and cart settings. This is a one-time setup that enables all other Commerce features.

How to connect

  1. Click the Connect Catalog button
  2. The system automatically fetches available catalogs from your WhatsApp Business Account
  3. Select a catalog from the dropdown — each option shows the catalog name and number of products
  4. Click Connect
  5. Your catalog is now linked to EzPulze

The dropdown shows catalogs in the format: Catalog Name (X products) — making it easy to identify the right one if you have multiple catalogs.

Can't find your catalog?

If no catalogs appear in the dropdown, make sure your Facebook Commerce catalog is linked to your WhatsApp Business Account. You can manage this in the Facebook Commerce Manager. Click the Retry button in the dialog to refresh the list.

Catalog information

Once connected, the Settings page displays your catalog details:

Catalog Visible

  • On — Customers can browse your products when they open your WhatsApp profile
  • Off — Your catalog is hidden. Customers won't see the products in WhatsApp, but you can still send product messages (SPM/MPM) from chatbot flows.

Cart Enabled

  • On — Customers can add products to a cart and submit orders through WhatsApp
  • Off — Customers can view products but cannot add to cart or place orders. Useful if you want to showcase products but handle orders through a different channel.

Changes to these settings are saved automatically when you toggle them.

Disconnecting a catalog

To disconnect your catalog from EzPulze:

  1. Click the Disconnect button on the Settings page
  2. Confirm the disconnection in the dialog

warning

Disconnecting your catalog removes the link between EzPulze and your WhatsApp catalog. Your products and collections data in EzPulze will remain, but catalog features (product sync, order tracking) will stop working until you reconnect.

What's next?

After connecting your catalog:

  1. Go to Products to view, add, or sync your product inventory
  2. Go to Collections to organize products into groups
  3. Go to Orders to start tracking customer orders
